Use DMAIC to improve customer service at “Luxury car sales company” which sells 200 cars every week and has 450 visitors. Their goal is to sell 400 cars/week by improving visitor’s experience, answering questions, and identifying gaps in the sales process. Currently they have 20 salesmen with an inventory of 1500 cars in the showroom.
