detailed EIA study

steps and their effectiveness

Stake holders and why they are interested in an EIA document
The EIA will be assessing Urban development projects, including housing and other
infrastructure e.g. school, health centre or shopping centre.
The size will be no more than 5 hectares at 25 houses per hectare plus 0.5 hectares for other
infrastructure.

The student has the decision around the location and type of houses and infrastructure, to be in
Dubai.
