For this assignment,  write a 10-page paper that makes connections between the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and health and wellness. The paper should include an overall summary of SDoH as well as a description of how the SDoH influences health and well-being at both the individual and community levels. In addition, write about the Unnatural Causes documentary series by answering the following questions:

• What did you learn by watching the Unnatural Causesdocumentary?
• What impacted you the most? How and why?
• Considering what you have learned throughout the IHW program, what did the Unnatural Causesdocumentary validate, contradict, and/or reinforce?
• What questions do you still have regarding the SDoH that still need to be answered?
