My boss would be a great boss if…………..
He or she is interactive since being interactive would make him/ her to connect easily with the employees (team) at the personal human level thereby enhancing mutual respect.
Communicate instructions or agendas very clearly in terms of messages, presentations, tasks, and speeches since effective communications enables the health management respond promptly to communicated tasks and messages. It also ensures understanding among team working mates and planned working style (Ferreira, Erasmus, & Groenewald, 2009).
Has the ability to inspire others and motivates us towards achieving the visions and goals of the institution. The leadership ability in this case would make my boss to have high integrity and trustworthy. This would make him believe in himself and in me as well.
Has the right attitude thereby making him become bold in making decisions particularly at the right time. The right attitude is important since it would make the boss to create a good working environment for us and a high team spirit thus employee satisfaction and high competencies in health management.
Has the self-confidence, committed, and competent since this would make the boss prepare him or herself for success and show us this confidence level and the working methodology at work.
He/she is creative and different in applying criticality in concepts and values of the organization. In the end , the boss would share these creative and innovative ideas with us (Asgar, & Hoffman, 2008).

Be a good listener in order to perceive all the important details regarding the product, service or the situation I am offering.
Be able to clearly communicate expectations without fear and be keen to quality. I take considerable amount of time and work on ensuring quality health care. In the event the quality is not up to standard, I expect the client to communicate freely his or her satisfaction.
To understand the value of the ongoing relationship and give me time to clearly illustrate what I am talking about.
To practice high integrity and composure in order to practice an honest relationship in the process of creating a successful respondents.
Be cheerful and understanding to my problems because sometimes misconceptions and misunderstanding in response to my issues may lead to unexpected relationship between us.3- Survey a health care executive and describe what (s)he thinks are an administrator’s three most important functions.
Planning: The administrator plans all the activities of the management and communicates all the plans for the necessary activities to all other workers.
Coordinating: The administrators coordinating function is to connect all the organs of the administration and direct them towards achievement of the goals and objectives.
Communication: The major function of the administrator I communicate tasks, objectives, agenda and the changes in the management responsibilities and daily activities (Asgar, & Hoffman, 2008).
