Am not surprised by the general trend regarding the increase and decrease of the potential benefits by type. The main reason being that the overall benefits of the organization are speculated to increase by 32 percent. More specifically, the benefits by type are projected to increase by priority with the wellness and health-related benefits being on the top, and this indicates that the company cares more about the well-being of their employees.

Several benefits could attract me to seek employment in that particular organization. Wellness is one of the top-ranked benefits that the organization is projected to offer and this implies that the employees’ welfares are catered for accounting for 24 percent increase, and that they are not subjected to any stressful events that may reduce their working abilities. Health-related benefits at 22 percent could also attract me to seek for employment from the organization as for an individual to work and give their maximum, and they must be of maximum health, and the company is dedicated to ensuring an increase in health-related benefits.

Flexible working with a rise of 14 percent is also an ideal attraction as an individual is not tied to a single type of activity and there is an allowance of change especially in time and hours of work. Professional and career development are projected to be on the rise at 16 percent, and this is another issue as to why I would consider seeking employment from the organization. The organization is geared towards the advancement of the career among the employees through training and enhancement of other relevant skills to improve production and service delivery.
