Early child development prepares the young generation both psychologically, socially and physically for they are the future leaders of tomorrow. These includes early child schooling, encourage of creative games playing and providing a social atmosphere to encourage their social life. A child will most likely grasp and stick to the ideas taught more easily compared to an adult and therefore it is very advisable to prepare them for tomorrow.

Reasons for this thesis are due to the huge rise in costs for special education due to a Childs low understanding of concepts, child abuse and increase in criminal activities. Early child development like preschool helps children develop personal traits like self-discipline, creates responsible citizens and in the years between 2 to5, help develop self-regulation skills like ability to overcome destruction, follow direction and to cub impulsive or aggressive behaviors. At five children learn social and emotional patterns that stick with them for a lifetime and these have long-term consequences. Some will never be able to live with others peacefully, some will end up with bad criminal records, and some will never be able to raise families of their own or even make a living in this society (National Institute for Early Education Research. 2008).

According to research children with no early development programs have difficulties in school and required more special services. By the age of 27, people who had attended early child development programs were 80% less likely to be arrested, earned 59% more and owned homes 3 times high than people who never attended (National Institute for Early Education Research. 2008).

Poor environment can distract child healthy brain development, this include chronic neglect, family violence and unsafe child care. These may lead to poverty in the future, malnourishment, crime increases, physical abuse and bullying.

A good environment with good policies, neighbor watch, early care, education and preventive health care, prevents a child from experiencing high levels of stress and creates more opportunities for learning. These will help a child achieve high level of literacy and other skills of life and also reduce health problems like heart diseases, diabetes and obesity (Center on the Developing Child. 2013).

Child advocacy constitutes of individuals, learned personnel and advocacy organizations that promote the healthy development of children (NAEYC. 2010). A child advocate will ensure that a child has access to healthy influences or services that can benefit them such as good education, proper childcare and good parenting. Taking of young children to organizations that support early children development will provide a social rich environment, provide a home away from home and expose a child to a different environment. Children will be able to meet other children at the center and make friends, work together and even help one another.

The Child advocacy organization constituting of trained staff with basic skills and facilities that favors healthy child development, it therefore advisory that families should form a party with organization and get to learn ways and means of raising a child. This will give families and parents humble time of raising their children healthy making them prosperous in the future (Center on the Developing Child. n.d.).
