Incredible post

Incredible post! I like the way you have incredibly described the William Burroughs’ “From Junky”. I tend to concur with you that he has extensively described the life of a junkie 103rd street. The author describes the streets and regularly explains the activities that took place there. He puts more efforts on drug pedaling, mostly Heroin. He says that people at the time were addicted to this drug and continuously chatting about the effects of Heroin. This is how it is described by him: “Opium held me in thrall. I began to wake in the night, tortured by horrible dreams involving rats, crickets, and a ravenous dragon.” “I stood there before the mirror with my needle in my hand – just as I had seen junkies hundreds of times before.
