HRM Reflective Essay

Students will prepare a 500-word minimum typewritten reflective essay for each issue in APA format. The student should use his/her own research (at least two peer reviewed references. The textbook and other sources from textbooks does not count as peer-reviewed references) and the assigned readings in preparing the essay.In-text citations in addition to the reference page/works cited must be in the correct format, preferably APA format.

Migration Across Borders

Michael Walzer contends that liberal states have the right to restrict migration across their borders. Summarize one of Walzer’s arguments. Then explain how he modifies the case for restriction to accommodate the influx of refugees. Drawing on Alexander Betts’ article, summarize at least one other reason to admit refugees.

Please respond to each question with a coherently organized, logically argued essay of 300-500 words in length. Each question can be adequately answered,
relying on assigned readings and lectures; no outside reading is required. However, please make sure to accurately cite any source that you use.

Relationship with the Natural World

Describe two different experiences from your reflective journal, and the main psychological theories and concepts from Block 3 that would help
you to understand each of those experiences. You need to explain each of the identified theories and concepts by referring to your chosen
experiences as illustrations to support your explanation.
Your essay should start by describing the experiences you have chosen, and the main psychological theories and concepts which help you to
understand those experiences. You will then need to explain those theories and concepts, using your selected reflective journal experiences to
illustrate your answer.
