Explanation of Problem, Question, Conflict or Issue
1. Explanation of Problem, Question, Conflict or Issue. With at least 200 words- a. Provide background and summarize the event/ person you have chosen. b. What makes this worthy of saving? c. What other person or event might you have chosen? What made you decide not to choose it?
Your answers:The most-significant information that is worth saving is the assassination history of president Kennedy of United States. The problem with this information is that most countries security depends on such information in order to have the best security details developed to protect their presidents. Thus, the loss of this information will highly affect such countries. In addition, the United States will also be affected greatly with the loss of such information. History students will lack this information that took part their countries history. There are various reasons that make this worthy for saving this information such as the information is considered historical information about the American president hence important to be saved. Secondly, the loss of such information means that the next generation of American and others in the world will never know how and why President Kennedy was assassinated. The reason I decided to choose this person history is that it bears an outstanding meaning in the life of all the Americans as well as many other people in the world. This is because United States is known to be a country with best security personnel yet such as event took place. Due to such uniqueness, I opted to save this information.
2. Evidence a. Look at the event/ person you have chosen and provide different viewpoints supporting and against; defend them with academic sources (bibliography, inline citations). b. How do different groups view this event? (Other countries, religions, genders etc…)
Your answers:It is worth saving the information since it will be important not only to the students of history, but also to other scholars. In addition, the information will be helpful to security agencies that would use the information to stop future assassination of this extent. Contrary, saving such information is not worth because the meteorite will destroy even the people themselves hence no person will be there to seek such information. Hand in hand, those who know it will rewrite the information again. Most countries are in favour of saving the information as a way of maintaining the history.
3. Influence of Context and Assumptions a. Explain how the event/person is viewed within the context of the time it exists. (Cultural, political, global)? b. Compare the event/person with another of its time? c. How would this person/ event be view in today’s world? What are the main differences in the context of then and now? (Are there things that would be unacceptable now that were normal then or vice versa?)
Your answers:During the assassination of the president most or the people and other countries were in shock, and the political framework of United States was constrained leading to conflicts amid leader in the country. The other event is the death of Martin Luther. During the death of this leader, people especially the blacks were not able to accommodate other races in US leading to cultural difference. There are no differences evident from such events. Today, assassinations and deaths of prominent people cause civil wars amid other political imbalance.
4. Student’s Position a. From your viewpoint, explain why the historical information you chose to save will be a benefit to future generations? b. Think of a reasonable scenario that could happen today or in the future where the lessons learned from this event/ person will be needed?
Your answers:They will be able to understand that there are other events or undertakings that human beings have no control over despite the actions they take such as investigations. In addition, the information saved will be used as a source for future research. This information will be helpful today in determining issues such as mysterious deaths and disappearance of things such as the Malaysian plane among others.5. Conclusions and Related Outcomes
In at least 200 words, write a summary conclusion answering these questions.
a. What conclusions do you have about your choice and how it will affect the future?
b. What will it teach future generations about values, society, policies, etc…?
c. What would be some possible negative consequences of your choice?
Your answers:
The choice made was one of the best choices that a historian can have. This is because; it offers credible information for the future generations. History students will use the information saved in the future to understand not only how the president was assassinated, but also to help them know the reasons for such events. Since such students may end up being advocates, Judges and even law enforcement officers they will help protect such events from taking place. In addition, the case will as a reference point for researchers and other individual. The information protected will teach future generations’ personal value of ensuring that one’s neighbour depends on his/her security understanding. This will promote community policing among other security measures. Saving of such information will help in the development of country’s security policies. It will ensure that the society lives in accordance with the law. The society has to understand that security measure is not an individual’s obligation but rather a communal responsibility.Although, there are various positive consequences of my choice, negative impacts are also in existence. The selection will create fear among people and psychological torture amid those who have been directly affected, for example, family and close friends.

Imagine a practitioner who agrees with your instructor’s suggested answers and reasons and another who does not. Which one would do the least harm to clients? Why?
Critical thinking skills will enable the practitioner spot policies as well as procedures that will in the long run benefit all the clients, thus leaving no chance to harm them. Such skills, as well as other related values and attitudes, will get rid of the fallacy of stereotyping which if it befalls a practitioner, the clients will go to waste. In addition, there will be flexibility of mind and self-criticism that will leave the practitioner with a chance to follow the instructor’s opinion, and thus salvage the interes5s of the clients.
The practitioner who agrees with the instructor’s suggested answers and reasoning would do the least harm. This is because agreeing with the instructor shows critical thinking on the side of the practitioner. Thinking critically is paramount in all the areas of helping professions, including research, practice, administration and social policy.
Which one would most likely help clients? Why?
A practitioner who goes against the instructor will not help clients in any way. Thus, the one who is likely to help clients is the one who agrees with the reasoning as well as opinions of the instructor. This can be approached from the view that the instructor is more experienced than the practitioner. Thus, even in the occurrence of an error on the side of the instructor, it will be an error capable of being easily corrected. At the end of it all, it will be evident that the instructor will be capable of eliminating stereotypes in the field while the practitioner will have a problem in the area.

Dear Sir/Madam
RE: EXPLANATION FOR THE MISCONDUCT OF A DRIVER TO A CONCERNED PASSENGERWith reference to the topic mentioned above, I at this moment send my request for an explanation from the Customer Service Manager for a misconduct of one of your drivers last Saturday. I am a frequent customer of Megabus. The 0730hrs bus had a schedule to make five stops before arriving at its destination in Montreal at 1130hrs. Instead, after making four stops as per the schedule while picking passengers, the driver drove to a destination that was not in the schedule. The diver who has a notorious behavior of living passengers stranded at a roadside snack hut left me at the snack bar without a headcount and a warning toot to alert all the passengers that the bus was living. The snack bar was so isolated than any other place in the country. The next bus station was 25 kilometers away from the bar. One of the snack bar operators who helped me catch up with the bus using his car informed me that this was a second time in one week he witnessed the driver leaving a passenger stranded at their place. Fortunately, we got the bus at the fifth station where the bus was scheduled to stop. Surprisingly, the driver did not even apologize for his misconduct that cost me ten dollars. On behalf of other customers, I am requesting for a vivid explanation and appropriate measures the company has in place to correct such misbehaviors from its employees. You can get in touch with me for a better explanation via my email, j2015.gmail.com. I am look forward to hearing from you soon.Thank You,Yours Faithfully, Sender Name.
