Native and ‘The Whites’ Art Comparison
The lives of the natives were indeed dull, and this was because the whites had taken most of their property, especially towards the time manifest destiny was about to take place. It is also true that the whites were obsessed with manifest destiny, claiming that it was a divine calling and duty for them to expand northwards, as shown by different types of art and especially by the art of John Gast, known as American progress painting. The natives had art that depicted their manner of life and their lack of trust in the northern expansion as the best thing to do. However, some of the natives thought it was an idea to amass a lot of wealth, and therefore the whites were to stop taking their wealth, and even though not internally willingly, some of them supported this move. However, generally, their art depicts a lack of support while their white counterparts supported this movement very much.

Andrew has been my mentor for a long time, and he is one of the people I admire most in the business environment. This is because of his success in this field. However, with all the busy schedules and always being on the move, he has never let me go, and he tries to help me go through everything, even the most difficult ones, to get to know how to survive in the business world. In my interaction with him, I realized his most important part of life and business, which are savings, investments, and risk management strategies.
He began informing me how important it is for a person to learn how to save the highest amount of money possible. This is because saving is the most crucial thing when a person wants to think of investments and risk or emergency. Therefore saving carries the other two and acts as the essential part of saving and risk management. He informed me that saving was challenging with a family. However, his wealth came about as a reflection of what he saved when he was still young and did not have many responsibilities, especially family.
Investment is always the second thing after saving. This is because for a severe person about their life and especially about their financial capability, they need to invest and expect the amount of money they invested in being multiplied and therefore make profits, which will make their lives better and promising. Therefore investment is an essential part of businesspeople. However, there always arises risks and emergencies, and other dangers that a business person has to be prepared for. Mainly Andrew deals with this through having a separate budget for risks and having a team ready to identify and deal with different risks.

Topic A ‘Be Just and Merciful’
Being and merciful are moral rules common amongst Christians, and individuals have to follow either one at some point. In the universe, God is the greatest judge, and it is from that basis that people have to emulate when administering justice and mercy. For instance, Christians use the guidelines provided in the bible to help them be like God. In His words, God wants people to be and merciful to make people righteous since it is hard to be righteous on our own. As such, people have to commune with their creator daily to discern His will through prayers.
Nonetheless, it is not an easy task for a human to grasp the concept of mercy and justness. In the case scenario provided, the person waiting to be administered justice and mercy stole food. Even though I have never been a judge, sometimes it is good to put oneself in others’ shoes before administering what one may think is right for the victim. Stealing is not good, and justice should be imposed accordingly to those involved in such acts. There can be ‘different’ types of stealing, and depending on what is being stolen, one can easily make concrete judges to the victim.
We all eat to live, and sometimes it is hard for one to live when their stomachs are not full. I assume that the victim committed the crime because he was hungry, and he feared borrowing since the chance of being granted what one asks for from people has a 50% possibility. Therefore, because the victim stole food, a basic commodity that one cannot live without, makes him a better person compared to someone who engages in stealing electronics with the sole purpose of selling it for money. Even though he could have borrowed, I assume that he feared being denied, and it was a matter of his life or death. The moral principle applied is being merciful as people sometimes do not need to be given what they deserve, especially after one putting oneself in their shoes. Therefore, I should be merciful and set him free based on my reasoning with the victim.
