Limitations of Network Diagram
Time wasting: use of Network diagram costs a lot of time to draw and may only for huge projects (Schwalbe 2010, p. 228).
Difficulty of Update: network diagram is not easy to update when changes happen and the drawer has to adjust changes by himself. It is also more difficult to determine a critical path in a network diagram. Network diagram shows finish to start relationships making it impossible to show lead and lag except by adding or subtracting times that makes project tracking difficult if not possible (Taylor 2006, p. 93-94).
Ease of making mistakes: It is so easy to make mistakes whenever wrong calculation of time or do not remember the formula
Difficulty of maintenance: Network diagram do not show time line for a project and large network require dedicated maintenance and analysis (NocêRa 2012, p. 264-265). It is very difficult to construct for large complex projects with numerous activities and dependencies and hard copy representation of such large network diagrams can be cumbersome. It is also more complicated since it entails more information (Patzak & Rattay 2012, p. 195-196).
Difficulty in production and distribution: Network diagram do not lead project managers to ease production or distribution.

Parent Company Overview
Nesquik is not a company, but a set of products manufactured by Nestle. The brand was established as chocolate–flavoured milk that went to become the darling of many people. The first place this item was initiated was in the European continent using the name Nesquik. The product has since broadened its reach catering for millions all over the world. It came to be known as Nesquik worldwide in the year 1999 signalling the expansion of the product all over the world. The brand has since diversified to include other consumable products. Nestle was established in 1930 in America, but it is headquartered in Switzerland.
Products
Nesquik was established as a brand producing one product namely Nesquik. However, the brand now boasts a couple of other products such as breakfast cereals, mixes, syrups, chocolate fountains, and chocolate bars. The foundation for all these products is chocolate that is integrated into each product. The brand is trying a new product namely Nesquik almond milk that is seen as the next big thing for the company. The almond milk will be a substitute for cow milk as it will be produced from almonds.
Marketing
Dairy commodities contain bacteria and other harmful products. Dairy milk is among these products because of its hygiene. This product will target a group of people who have a need for milk but do not wish to contaminate their bodies with bacteria present in dairy milk. The product will be marketed on the internet, and the dailies as these are the avenues that more people can access. Internet social sites will also help in advertising the product.
Benefits to the consumers
Almond milk does not contain any bacteria mainly because they come out of plants rather than animals. Moreover, almond milk is good for vision, weight loss, and most importantly sustaining the functions of the kidneys. Additionally, Nesquik almond milk will be enhanced with elements that fight cancer and heart disease. Nesquik almond milk is good for people who are reactive to dairy products and hence helps them keep their protein content at the right levels.

Nepal Earthquake Disaster Response
Nepal Earthquake 2015 is one of the greatest earthquakes that has hit the country in more than eighty years, in the country’s history. The earthquake hit the country on the 25th of April 2015, and it’s now four days after the earthquake. News emanating from sources on the ground indicates that an official death toll is now more than 4,000 people and that search and rescue operations are still ongoing (Fuller & Barry, 2015). With more than thirty-five of the seventy-five districts affected by the earthquake, buildings, roads and other structures destroyed, there is a high possibility that many people are still buried under the debris. The Nepali government has been overwhelmed with rescue operations, as well as the local organizations. As such, there is a great need for international disaster response activities in order to attend to the situation.
As an in charge of a medical disaster response management team, I would prioritize issues that will lead to more operations geared towards saving human life, in terms of those already saved, and those missing. Considering the nature of the disaster, and the fact that many areas have not been searched, many people are still trapped under the falling structures (Fuller & Barry, 2015). Therefore, a priority of the response activities would be search and rescue aimed at finding any live humans trapped by the fallen structures. Additionally, maintaining the already rescued people would come as a priority since there is a great need for food, shelter and medical attention. Our mission to Nepal, therefore, would prioritize saving and maintaining more lives.
