System Thinking in Healthcare Environment
System thinking in the healthcare environment provides the knowledge and skills for managing and administrating healthcare organizations. An individual is required to pursue Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA). This paper examines the summary of the beliefs in MHA, expectations gained from MHA, benefits of MHA to the current position and organization, and the structural behavioral and intersectional relationship between MHA and the organization. It also describes the system thinking diagram that maps the stock, inflow, outflows, and feedback.
Summary of the Believes in MHA
I believe the MHA Program degree enables an individual student to advance the health professional career by taking a leadership role in financial organizations and healthcare delivery. It also provides the framework through which the healthcare plans get undertaken by an individual healthcare administrator by giving the healthcare and administrative coordination and direction in a wide variety of healthcare delivery (Delgado et al., 2018). Also, the program enables the graduates to exploit the career opportunities in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consulting, and player organizations that create a paradigm through which contemporary health, financial and human resource management get achieved by an individual or organization.
What I Expect to Gain from MHA
I expect to gain a competitive edge, creating professional attraction in the management of health sectors. The professional attraction creates a dimension through which an individual healthcare administration professional effectively handles the healthcare management business that impresses the employer. Also, I expect to gain management security in the healthcare industry because it is insulation from violating the job market. As a result, I can quickly work in crucial administration and management of various healthcare positions critical to the operation of healthcare facilities. Going through the master’s in health administration is a tool that prepares me for the executive leadership position (Linnander et al., 2017). Therefore, I will gain further knowledge of professional ethics, health laws, administration, and project management. Moreover, it encourages the learning of the practical skills that prepares the employees in an organization to achieve contemporary real-world practices in healthcare.
Benefits of MHA to my current Position and Future Growth within the Organization
MHA creates a skill that enables me to acquire a strong sense of accomplishment. Also, it creates future flexibility in the management as per the concern of future growth (Linnander et al., 2017). Most importantly, the MHA creates demand in the healthcare environment since it is a propeller of experiences, making the organization have planned approaches in all administration sectors.
Structural, Behavioral, and Intersectional relationship Attributed to My Current Employer Organization.
MHA enables an individual graduate to create frameworks for managing the organization structure to achieve healthcare sustainability. It also provides knowledge through which an individual’s behavior gets changed by the knowledge acquired in healthcare administration (McIntyre-Hite et al., 2015). Furthermore, the changes in structural management framework and behavior in the administration enable the current employer organization to review the management planning by initiating the contemporary healthcare management approaches for the economic and social growth in the healthcare system.
System Thinking Diagram Mapping the Stock, Inflow, Outflows, and the Feedback Loops
Figure 1: The Systematic Thinking Diagram Mapping Stocks, Inflow, Outflow, and the Feedback Loop (Richardson & Andersen, 2010).
Stock describes the materials and the equipment available for the administration of health facilities. The feedback loop gets created when the change in the healthcare organization’s supply affects the flows into and out of stock. As such, the amount of money in the organization’s bank determines the interest that will be exhibited in the account. Consequently, inflows determine the revenue earned by an organization because of the conduction of major healthcare businesses, which comes from private players and government sources. Furthermore, the outflow determines the revenue used in purchasing the equipment (Delgado et al., 2018). The inflow, outflow, and stock depend on each other and the feedback that enables the organization to keep the records.
Conclusion
MHA encourages comprehensive administration and management of healthcare organizations. Comprehensive management is exhibited through setting goals and plans and changing the managerial behavior for the organization’s benefit. As such, students should pursue MHA for sustainable healthcare management.

The Edelman Trust Barometer
The Edelman Trust Barometer
Introduction
What is the future of companies that relies on profits and not performance? An organization that aims at making huge profits without performance operates under huge debt and lacks recognition. An organization that wants to prosper in and emerge out successfully in the business world ought to adhere strictly to the set procedures of adopting set goals and objectives. Outlining of these goals is enough proof to allow the company to perform efficiently and avoid the possible fall. Profits will follow in sequentially if all these set objectives are adhered to.
What happens in a case where some of the public sector organizations cannot be accessed hence lacks ground in terms of criticism? Every single public entity ought to provide its financial information to the general public. This allows grounds for positive criticisms as to why there is the lack of progress in the case of one. Positive criticisms by the media community allow for the top management level to understand their weakness point and work to correct it. Public sector should be accessible at all times irrespective of the nature or setting of the public entity.
Can we blame the top management organs in the public sector domain for the inconsistency in performance due to their nature of not being responsible? Accountability in the public domain determines the future performance of any given public sector business. Being responsible to the loyalist and the subject determines positive thriving of the company. Just as I have said; “corporate leadership ought to demand accountability and authority”. This in itself is enough proof to explain the future of any business. Corporate leadership plays a major role in working to ensure that performance and profits targets are achieved.
A Report on the Public Trust
Trust in the public domain is an emerging interest across all the major players in this area. Employees do not trust their senior management in going forth for performance and development. This is arguably a major concern to the general public as they rights to access free information is violated. Revolutionary trend in terms of transparency is the order of the day; the public domain is being overtaken by NGOs due to their nature of withholding prominent information to the public. Controlling information is being phased out as this is an old operational framework. Effective and transparent leadership need to be streamlined in the public domain.
Provision of information is critical to the general public. Developing free access to information to the general public and the media is imminent for management in the public sector. Research parameters show that; most people looking for information use the internet search engines as their preferred channel for looking for substantive information for a business. Companies are not ready to provide fast information to the media; they withhold the critical information for fear of criticism on their performance. This should not be the case; instead, top management level in the public sector should be willing to accept positive criticisms as this helps them to trace their loopholes.
Top management organs should focus on ways of being responsible to the general public as this is the perfect driver of their status in the national and global perspective. UAE is the preferred country of choice as the headquarters destination for any multi-national company; this is due to their nature of free information.
System Disorder and Basic Concept Analysis Paper
System Disorder and Basic Concept Analysis Paper
The nervous system comprises two major components: the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) and Central Nervous System (CNS). Notably, the CNS is made up of the spinal cord and the brain, while PNS comprises the spinal and cranial nerves, sensory neurons, ganglia, and neuromuscular junctions. The role of the cranial nerves is to relay nerve impulses to and from the brain, while spinal nerves transmit impulses to and from the spine. PNS is divided into two divisions, including sensory and motor divisions. The former receives impulses from the sensory receptors and transmits them through the nerves to CNS, while the latter receives outgoing messages from the CNS and relays them to the intended body organs, telling them what to do. The role of the motor division is the opposite of what sensory division does.
Pathophysiology of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
ALS is a nervous system’s degenerative disorder. Although its cause is yet to be established, the astrocytes, commonly known as glial cells, provide a relationship between capillaries and neurons for both metabolic and physical support and contribute to the brain-blood barrier. Notably, the glial cells are capable of randomly starting secreting neurotoxins that can cross this barrier. The secreted neurotoxins can destroy the nerve tissue; thus, causing severe CNS damage and loss of respiratory and swallowing function, which is caused by the actual loss of fine motor control and paralysis and weakness of the body.
Pathophysiology of Impaired Physical Mobility (IPM)
IPM’s pathophysiology is self-explanatory. It is characterized by limitation in purposeful, independent body movement of one or more extremities. IPM can be caused by several factors. Some f these factors include alteration in the integrity of the bone structure, reduction in endurance, muscle mass, sedentary lifestyle, and neuromuscular impairment.
The link between ALS and IPM
ALS causes the destruction of motor neurons of the CNS that causes complications of the IPM. Usually, ALS affects the lower neurons of the PNS and upper neurons of the CNS. IPM of the body entails extremities that cause paralysis of the body. The nursing interventions for the two conditions are similar, and both relate to healthy living styles.
