Naloxone (nah LOX one)
Pharmacological action Since this drug is mainly used during emergency cases the person administering the drug whether a nurse, a doctor, health assistant or a person at home they should note several things. First of all they should know if the person is allergic to the drug, if the person (if a woman) is pregnant or has heart disease. After this acting with speed but also with care to administer the drug through the thigh subcutaneously. A person may give it through the clothing. After this the person administering has to find emergency Medical care care for the patient even if the patient gets well and they become okay. If there are no signs of improvement, the person administering this medication should repeat the injection after every 2 to 3 minutes.
Therapeutic use
Naloxone is used to combat the effects of opioid medication. In most of the times opioid medication is abused or overdosed and therefore this is when naloxone comes into play. However it can also be used in cases of overdose of other opioid substances like heroin which are not medically administered even though with caution. Naloxone reduces the effects of opioid overdose which includes effects like drowsiness, slow heartbeat, pinpoint pupils and slowed or no breathing.
Complications
Even though the medication is very important and helps a lot to many individuals it can have the following side effects and complications. Restlessness, abdominal pains, troubled breathing, irritability, convulsion, shivering, weakness, ventricular fibrillation among other side effects.
Medication administration
The dosage for this medication is between 0.4 mg to 2 mg IV. It is administered subcutaneously on the thigh and if required results not obtained the administration is repeated severally between intervals of 2 to 3 minutes. However if the administration exceeds 10 mg the opioid-induced diagnosis should be questioned. Due to its rapid onset of action IV route is mostly recommended for this type of medication. Intravenous infusion of 0.004 mg/l concentration can be used in accordance with the response of the patient. If opioids used during surgery small amounts naloxone are used.
Precautions
When using this medication there are precautions like the usage of Evzio auto-injector which has to be thrown away even if more medicine remains. The medication leads a person to have impaired thinking and reactions therefore it is not advisable to leave them alone. Other side effects may include hives, swelling on different parts etc.
Nursing interactions
Since this medication helps a person from experiencing the adverse effects of the use of opioid overdose it is important to keep the person as comfortable as possible. The effects of the medications can cause a person to be agitated and therefore the environment should be made free of anything which the person may use to harm themselves or any other person.
Interactions
When interacting with the person who has received this medication it is important not just to see them as normal but to view them differently since this medication changes the thinking patterns of most of its patients. Apart from this the patient should always make sure to inform the medical officers who handle him or her during the emergency care after this medication that they have received this medication, if they are pregnant or if they have other health complications.
Medication evaluation
This medication has been noticed to work in most of the places and most of the times effectively. Therefore it is an important medication which reverses the effects of most opioid medication overdoses and therefore helps the individuals who were in very bad medical conditions to recover and get better. Therefore it is majorly effective.
Client education
The person receiving this treatment should also be educated on how important it is for them not to overdose any medicine and basic knowledge about medicine and how to carry on their medications to avoid issues like overdose.

Manifest Destiny Art
The whites and the natives were, in contrast, beliefs about different social issues which arose between them. The whites were the propagators of manifest destiny, and they were the ones who were willing and wishing to expand the United States to the furthest places possible. However, the natives, who were majorly Indians, did not want this to happen, and therefore there was a conflict. The Indians, however, were viewed as inferior by the whites. Therefore it was very difficult for them to stop manifest destiny from taking place, and therefore it took place as the whites had planned. Therefore herein I discuss the contrast of the art of natives and the whites.
American progress was painted by John Gast, a supporter of the whites and the manifest destiny. This painting depicts how the American people would capture the whole continent, especially the northern part, and make it theirs. It was seen as a divine providence that they should civilize every people in the whole of America and that they should make the whole America part of the United States. The painting of Columbia, which is seen as a female figure of the United States, carries the values of republicanism like her garment and telegraph. She is clearing the natives under her feet and pushing them to the darkness as she leads the United States to conquer and get the whole of America under her control.
However, other artists like John Mix Stanley supported the natives and painted different types of arts to support the Native Americans. An example is the buffalo hunt painting. It is a depiction of the natives using horses to prevent the buffalo from destroying the property of the natives. Therefore, the natives were not for the manifest destiny as they were focused on their lives, like protecting their livelihoods from ‘buffaloes’ and other animals. It can also display the whites as buffaloes who wanted to destroy the natives. Therefore, in conclusion, it is evident that the natives were against manifest destiny while the whites were so much possessed by the manifest destiny.

Magnetism
Q1) Michael Faraday work in electricity and magnetism and electrolysis technic and its relation to the existence of an electron
In electromagnetism, Faraday explains the concept of electromagnetic induction where he explains how to generate a current in a loop of wire when the magnetic field is altered around the loop. The connection between electricity and magnetism is mainly evident in electromagnetic induction as the production of one field leads to the production of the other. As a result, electric generators and other technologies that use circuits and power creed were discovered.
The Faradays law of electrolysis from electrolysis that he discovered led to the connection of the current flowing through the circuit to the mass of chemicals in a battery. The current flowing was discovered to be made up of negatively charged particles which were later identified as electrons.
Q2) Summaries the work of James Clerk Maxwell regarding the relationship between electricity and magnetism, electromagnetic wave and its relation to the speed of light
Despite the two phenomena being different they are considered as the same thing since when an electric charge is moving it produces a magnetic field and also a moving magnetic field produces an electric charge hence driving one the other automatically appear according to Maxwell. He explains that when the two fields are combined electromagnetic wave is formed where the waves have no medium limit to propagate.
With the waves propagated, Maxwell found out that they could travel through a vacuum at the same speed as light, therefore, deducing that light its self in all forms is an electromagnetic wave
Q3) Summaries Einstein development of the equation E=M C2 which is one of the outcomes of the special theory of relativity and its relation to the speed of light
Considering the mass lost during various experiments, Einstein was able to deduce a theory to convert the lost mass to energy with relation to the speed of light. This brought about the idea of mass and energy being the same at the square speed of light.
Q4) Work of Lise Meitner and Otto Hahn relating to nuclear fission
Lise and Otto formed a team in 1938 made of experimental and theoretical physics and bombard Uranium atom with neutrons with two outcome expectations which were either joining or unbalancing the Uranium atom for a new atom. The outcome gave them an atom lighter than the initial Uranium. Lise came up with a theory of using a liquid nucleus instead of a solid where the electron would hit the nucleus and split it into two drops. After experimenting they realized there was a disappearing mass in which they employed the Einstein theory of relativity to calculate the energy in terms of mass
E=mc2
It was proven that nuclear fission is a powerful source of energy
