Introduction
A sports foot ware retailing store specializes in running shoes and other related accessories. For such a store to make profits and remain relevant in the market, the owners need to adequately research the costs required to open and run the business and, most importantly, the market they intend to sell their products. I visited the already existing foot ware retailing stores for a successful market study. In addition, I conducted online research to have a broader understanding of how the sports shoe market operates. This paper will provide an overview of the foot ware retailing store and the importance of consumer profiling to it.
The main profiles that influence the target sports shoe market are the age, gender and spending patterns of customers. Knowing the age of consumers helps a store owner to understand the type of shoes that will attract their attention (Kinsky & Huth, 2020). For instance, young people tend to go for trendy shoes that make them look up to date. They can determine the gender that buys more sports shoes over a specific time by having a good customer profile. This information balances the demand and supply of shoes in the store. The consumer’s spending pattern allows a store owner to regulate the shoe supply during different periods to prevent losses due to low sales.
The product is divided into various market segments. We have individuals who buy sports shoes for the sake of their daily comfortability. We also have people who buy shoes because it’s fashionable. Finally, the elite group consists of professional athletes whose career depends on this market sector (Bisen & Nuangjamnong, 2021). Since it’s a shoe store, the most appropriate distribution channel is personal pick up from the store. It allows the buyer to fit and feel the shoe before purchasing it. Other channels include delivery to their residential areas and the use of online platforms. This knowledge will enable me to know the segment that can generate high-profit margins, is stable, and has a potential growth rate (Nor Azah, 2019). While conducting research, store owners should be careful not to infringe the rights of their competitors as it would attract lawsuits against them. Moreover, a firm needs to maintain its authenticity and uniqueness to attract more sports shoe lovers.

Spirituality and Multicultural Counseling
The text demonstrates that spirituality has been integrated into the multicultural counseling theory today and effectively impacts the clients. Counseling theory indicates that spirituality greatly impacts the client since it is a source of critical strength to the clients and serves as a bedrock that gives meaning to life, thus instrumental in promoting recovery and well-being. I agree with the text that probing client spirituality is significant. Since it will help create cultural competence and humility in counseling practice and embed necessary emotions regarding the patient’s race, culture, gender, and other social identity diversities that are openly discussed. Therefore, integrating spirituality in counseling help in dealing with the whole client in all dimensions and help the client create inner balance and incorporate all other dimensions of self (Sue et al., 2022).
Identifying the client’s spirituality is significant at the beginning of the counseling process or practice. It gives clients confidence and willingness to share personal issues that have been bothering them. However, to solicit the client’s spiritual information or identity, I would conduct a spiritual assessment or screening of the client by utilizing a screening tool known as FICA, as described by (Ahmad et al., 2018). This screening tool would help me to identify the client’s faith tradition, how the client’s faith is important to them, be aware of their church and community of faith, and be knowledgeable on how clients would like me to address issues affecting their health (Delgado-Guay & Harding, 2021).
As a professional counselor, I would be comfortable drawing from a client’s spirituality, even if the client’s beliefs are inconsistent with my Christian belief. As indicated by multicultural counseling theory application of cultural diversity is necessary for effective counseling practice. Because failure to draw from the client’s spiritual identity will not be able to openly discuss issues based on social identities like cultural beliefs, which will lead to poor results in the counseling process (Ridley et al., 2021).

What matters most to me is the fact that all humans need love. This is because even those who behave as if they do not need it, maybe they have been hurt so many times and are not willing to accept being hurt again, but they still need love. I firmly believe that love is the most important thing. This is shown by being kind, compassionate, and therefore someone when they are really in need. With this kind of attitude driving me, it is elementary to fit in since showing kindness and love is everything human.
I have had a rather mediocre period of my spirituality, however last month, I began attending church services, and I have been thinking about my spirituality. Therefore from what I have heard in the church, I firmly stand to love one another and forgive. I believe this will nurture me in the right way, and I will not be able to go astray or become lukewarm. My goals with the spirituality of love and kindness are;
Forgive everyone who has offended me and tell them that I have forgiven them
Pray more for those who hurt me and especially those who hurt me willingly
Do more charity work, listen to my suffering friends, and try to help them where I can
One of my goals, forgiving, was very difficult when I began, and some people I had said I would never forgive were still in my mind. So I went out and sought help from my pastor, and I got to know that it was all about me. I was healing myself by forgiving and I had to decide whether I wanted peace and inner healing or continued hatred, which has adverse effects on my health. Therefore I decided that I wanted peace, and I went ahead to forgive everyone. I feel relieved of a very big burden and hope to remain this happy and free for long from now on.
