Team learning and how it can contribute to a team functioning in alignment

Prepare a 2-3 page report that explains the stakeholder analysis, illustrates a change diagram or model, analyzes the organization culture and climate for change, and assesses the organization’s readiness for change.

Introduction

Team learning and how it can contribute to a team functioning in alignment and as a whole enterprise is a key concept in change management. Team learning helps a team sustain and reinforce its learning and increases the capacity to act synergistically and master how to learn.

Learning teams must understand how to skillfully dialogue, increasing their ability to problem solve, create new knowledge, deliberate, and build relationships with other teams and customers. Learning teams develop ground rules for truth-telling, time usage, decision-making processes, and domains, and to create a safe conversational environment that allows a team to take risks, make mistakes, forgive, and recover.

Recommending intervention strategies change management theory

Recommending intervention strategies change management theory

Prepare a 5-8 page recommendation for intervention and adoption strategies, including metrics to track adoption.

Introduction

Systems thinking points out cycles of cause and effect. A paradox with systems thinking is that it is frequently counterintuitive. An example is the more you strive, the more you undermine your chances. Learning teams can use systems thinking as a problem-solving tool, but it has the most effect on how teams think about complex issues. It is important for you to become familiar with causal loop diagram archetypes, which allow us to talk about the interrelationship and feedback process and help diagnose systems that produce growth, decline, or equilibrium. By learning about systems thinking, teams can align their common understanding and collaborate to establish strategies for their business dilemmas.

Your recommendation should include intervention strategies, an explanation of how to reinforce the change, and the metrics that will be used to track adoption.
