This will be a lab activity for my advanced Exercise Physiology class. Please refer to the attached document for the specific details.
For this particular assignment, using Kenney W. L., Wilmore, J., Costill, D. Physiology of Sport and Exercise (7th ed.). Human Kinetics, Champaign, IL. 2019, complete two field assessments of oxygen consumption (1.5 mile run and 12-minute run). Your submission for this assignment should include the results of the assessments you performed (shown in a table), including all relevant methods and answers to the lab questions. Answers to the associated questions must be in complete sentences, have clear rationale and support from academic sources. 2-5 pages, double-spaced APA format required. (cover page, title page, and reference list not counted towards page limit).
Assessment Results: Both assessments were performed on a standard track at a local University.

Me). Next, share a reflection on the activities and video, addressing race in the U.S. and relating it to topics in the chapter (such as prejudice, privilege, racism, etc.). What are areas where privilege and/or prejudice may impact your everyday life? What did you learn about race in the U.S.?
