International HRM International Assignment

International HRM International Assignment

This is an assignment for International Human Resource Management. The basis of this report is in response to the following scenario:

A 3000-word report in which an overview of the host country (United Kingdom) is provided alongside two
specific challenges that may be encountered by the manager who is selected for the
international assignment.

Advice will then be offered to the organization in the form of
recommendations for example the benefit of sending an OE versus an SIE; appropriate
selection criteria and selection methods; a fully costed and justified compensation and
benefits package; an outline pre-departure, post-arrival training, and development
program.

I have uploaded examples of papers (which must not be copies) as a guide for the standard of work that is to be produce. Relevant theories and appendix items must be included to support the report. This is an assignment for the United Kingdom; so companies from the UK should be a core reference point as well as expanding to other European and international companies/countries.
A reference list of roughly 30-egq35 is also to be included.
