Integrating Theories of Change. In Reframing Organizations, Exhibit 18.2, Bolman and Deal (2017) combine their four frames with Kotter and Cohen’s (2002) eight stages found in successful change initiatives. Bearing in mind that the change process is not linear, and using the three phases of the change process articulated by Fullan (2016), what aspects of these theories are similar or different? What take-aways will serve you well in the future as a change agent leader?
