For Level II students, you will be asked to locate an article from a mental health or psychiatric nursing journal published in the United States. The CINAHL
Plus database through the library allows you to search for nursing publications using key words and Boolean connectors. You will review the article looking for the nursing implications. Include the strengths and weaknesses of the article. A review outlines the purpose of the article. Consider what you have learned from the article and how this information can be used in nursing or by a nurse. The article will be published within the current five years. The review will not be more than two double spaced pages. The assignment will be formatted using APA and will include a title page, page numbers, and a reference page citing the article being reviewed.

1) Identify a contemporary management issue of business significance; describe, and explore how this poses challenges for managing individuals and organizations in question. This should draw upon ideas and weekly lecture topics from across the module.
2) Research and illustrating with evidences; you need to show both how organizations/managers are actually responding to the challenges, and theoretical frameworks and concepts from the academic sources, as resulted from literature study and your wider reading.
