Questions to answer when writing up your reflections
(Please make sure you write the question in your answer so that faculty can follow your reflections during the grading process) 750-word Maximum
1. What have I learned during these final clinical practicums that will prepare me to be a competent practicing Family NP, (e.g., new disease process, treatment plan, how to develop or change a current management plan, new physical assessment technique, development of techniques to discuss psychosocial issues, etc.).
*You can choose one or several when discussing your answer.
2. Discuss an “aha” moment where something you recently learned in lecture or through reading you were able to “see the whole picture” of a disease process, e.g., how one disease process affects another pathophysiological, pharmacologically, socially, culturally, ethically, etc.
3. Reflect on one aspect of your clinical experience that you feel or think you need to learn more about and how you will be able to achieve this goal as you enter into practice.

The purpose of the second draft is to complete the draft presentation of your argument. The second draft will add Section II (two to three paragraphs), Section III (two to three paragraphs), Section IV and Section V (if needed), and the conclusion. The second draft should include all of the sources you presented in your Annotated Bibliography and may add an image, chart, or graph as appropriate. If you have made changes to your list of references, cite each new reference carefully, both in the text and on the References page. The length of the second draft includes last’s week content and will be seven to ten pages of text, not including the title and References pages.
