You are required to perform the following tasks based on this case study:

You are to assume the role of an internal auditor who has been asked to identify aminimum of
three high quality propositions that management can implement to establisha tone at the top that
conveys a commitment to integrity and ethical values.You are to write a memo that is no more
than three single spaced pages addressed to the CEO and head of the audit committee of the
Board of Directors with recommendationson establishing the appropriate tone. THE TONE OF
THE MEMO NEEDS TO BEFORMAL.Provide a detailed description of each of the items and a
persuasive argument as to whythe item is useful for conveying the appropriate tone. Cogently

organisation i chose was Tesco so if you could just carry on with task 1b&c, task 2a,b and c and
task 3a,b and c all along the same organisation (Tesco).
