Your Self-LeadershipTheory?
It is important to ‘know thy self’ as a leader. This week you have the opportunity to create your self-leadership theory based in the scholarly research foundations of self-leadership theory. Below is the conceptual foundations of self-leadership. Research each theory (Self-Regulation theory, Social Cognitive theory, Self-Management, Self-Determination theory, Positive Psychology).
Write one page per conceptual foundation of how you apply it or want to apply in your own leadership. Please provide specific examples of
each. When completed your paper should be 5 pages. (Hint: use your self-imposed behavior focused strategies and checklist for observing
yourself to provide your examples)
The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:
· Write a total of 5 pages using Microsoft Word in APA style.
· Use font size 12 and 1” margins.
· Include cover page and reference page.
· At least 80% of your paper must be original content/writing.
· No more than 20% of your content/information may come from references.
· Use an appropriate number of references to support your position, and defend your arguments. The following are examples of primary and secondary sources that may be used, and non-credible and opinion based sources that may not be used.
Primary sources such as, government websites (United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics, United States Census Bureau,
The World Bank, etc.), peer reviewed and scholarly journals in EBSCOhost (Grantham University Online Library) and Google Scholar.
Secondary and credible sources such as, CNN Money, The Wall Street Journal, trade journals, and publications in EBSCOhost (Grantham
University Online Library).

Non-credible and opinion based sources such as, Wikis, Yahoo Answers, eHow, blogs, etc. should not be used.
Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased words, values, etc.) in the paper and list on a reference page in APA style.

Inclusive Observation Reflection

Instructions 

First, watch the video Preschool Inclusion Success: Samantha’s Story.
Next, read the Member of the Class: Tips for Teachers article.
Then, in at least a paragraph for each question, respond to the questions below using what you observed while watching this video, and what you learned from the readings. Be sure to include specific examples of what you heard or saw that support your conclusions.
What were Samantha’s father’s hopes, dreams and concerns for his daughter? How do programs support families in realizing their hopes and dreams and in addressing the concerns family members have for their child?
What kinds of supports and teaming did you observe in the classroom that ensured Samantha’s participation?
What strategies do you think staff used to facilitate peer interaction and support?
Reflect on the Member of the Class: Tips for Teachers handout. What did you observe that indicates that Samantha was a member of her

Scenario#3 Extended Stay Scenario: Your company has askedyou to attend an independent review atanother division of your company located on Miami Florida that will take place in four weeks. The purpose of the independent review is to review the software being developed by a team in Miami who is looking for someone with your expertise to evaluate their approach used on a new proposal. The review is on Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. You agree to support the review and immediately make travel plans to travel down Tuesday morning, flying back Thursday evening. You also book a hotel and rental car for the same time period. After making your reservations you post on social media that you are supporting your company’s new proposal by attending areview in Miami Florida. A friend who lives in the Miami area sees your post and contacts you about hanging out over the weekend. You decide to extend your stay thru the weekend for the purpose of visiting a friend by canceling your Thursday return flightand making a new return flight for Sunday evening. You will stay with your friend over the weekend so you don’t need a hotel. You figure that you will also just work remotely for the
