Based on the Change Management Strategy Scorecard videos from this module, complete the Demand Metric Change Management Strategy Score Card Template (attached to this assignment) for the new Job Application system that the Human Resources department from the Case Study will soon implement. Use the resistance information shared in the Case Study to develop strategies within the Demand Metric Score Card Template to help mitigate and avoid resistance experiences that were shared from the Human Capital Management system project.
Be sure to include at least 3 strategies to address the Data Collection Strategy, Communicate Change Management Strategy, and the Training Plan Strategy using the Demand Metric Score Card template found in the Excel document.
