Construction Project Management Planning and Control

Project Management, Planning and Control Coursework (2,100 to 2200 Words). From the reading and general research that you will complete (week-on-week) as you study the lecture topics covered from weeks 2 to 5 inclusive, prepare a report, in your own words, describing the salient points of the topics studied as included in the ‘A’ lectures and the ‘B’ lectures. Your report should outline how you believe these ‘A’ and ‘B’ topics are inter-linked with each other and how you rank them in order of importance for Construction Project Management – you should also briefly justify your rankings.
