Research paper on the crisis and revival phase after the pandemic, regarding Airports and their employees.
Including the staff shortage last summer due to the high rising passenger numbers. The paper is focused on the literature review, the methodology part should only include what we would do. No real interviews etc. need to be conducted. 12 pages including the intro and the conclusion. Attached you can find my proposal regarding this paper, I mentioned that the focus would be on our regional airport here in Germany, but it’s not a must. The global situation regarding the crisis and revival is more important. The prof said we need to include some “critical distance to our subject”. It should be written in Ariel type size 11, line spacing 1.5 and the margins should be exactly 2cm.
