For this assignment:
- You can choose any size or shape building to meet your needs
- Can be any size brewing system for professional usage (1/2BBL and up)
- Minimum 3 vessel system (Hot Liquor Tank, Mash/Lauter Tun & Kettle), but feel free to go all the way to a 5 vessel system.
- Cost is not an issue unless you want it to be. For example, if you want to one day build a brewery and have an equipment budget of $200,000 dollars, set that budget for yourself and meet it.
- The brewery must make logistical & logical sense. In other words, not doing things just to fulfill a requirement.
- Any design application can be used but must be viewable on a computer. Feel free to hand render, but please scan and load.
- Cost of all equipment (look online and estimate if needed, this can vary widely)
- Feel free to work individually or in groups
