Risk is any external or internal factor that can have an impact on your project, either negatively or positively. Not all risks will occur, but you must be prepared to manage all that do. The goal of risk management is to identify project risks and develop strategies to prevent them from occurring or reduce their impact if they do occur.

Complete the “Top 10” Risk Register for the risks you determined are of the highest priority to your project.
