1. In part II of the paper you addressed the members of the QI team and how nursing members will be notified of the proposed change. In this final section of the paper, utilize an introductory sentence or two that brings the reader from the QI team, to the selected change theory.Utilize the Lewin’s Model for change, or another change theory such as Plan-Do-Study-Act or a quality improvement theory to describe the change process.Articles concerning change theories are posted to Course Documents in the folder Final Paper. If this is an ongoing project in the practicum setting, as your preceptor which change theory or method was utilized and incorporate into the paper.
This section is worth 10 points.
2. Provide a conclusion for the paper that includes the problem, proposed change, nursing literature, change method and anticipated response to proposed change. Include recommendations to sustain the change. For example, if further change is required, or staff education, or additional resources…whatever you recommend to enhance or maintain the change.This Conclusion is worth 10 points.
Writing Guidelines:Begin this section of the paper with the title page and content from Part I and Part II. For this Final Paper make any corrections/improvements to Part I and Part II. The final part of the paper (Change theory and paper conclusion) should be 2-4 pages in length, not including title page and Reference pages.Grammar, sentence structure, and writing style are graded within APA writing style and are worth 10 points.
This Assignment: Final Section is worth 30 points (of a 100 point final exam).
Late submissions must be discussed with the course instructor as this final paper is instead of a final examination.
