NTSB Accident Report

Instructions

You will provide a 4-5 page executive summary paper of the NTSB findings for your assigned NTSB accident report.

In your paper, you will address the primary cause of the accident and tell WHY you agree or disagree with the NTSB findings.

Your discussion will also need to address issues which were not covered by the NTSB (e.g., the NTSB will tell you what happened, you will need to address why it happened or what possibly led to the NTSB finding).

Additionally, provide your thoughts of additional causal factors which may have led to the accident that the NTSB did not mention.
