Organization BehaviorQ.1

One of the key traits of leadership is integrity.integrity entails being truthful and honest even though the picture portrayed by telling the truth is hideous. Ethics, on the other hand, can be described as basic standards of deciding what’s wrong or right. When identifying wrong ethics, one needs to ask what laws are being broken by doing a particular action?.

Hence we can understand an ethical dilemma as discords between two decisions where one will alter the other. For a state to be presented with a moral dilemma, three contexts must be in place. The main player in an ethical dilemma is the person involved who has to choose what decision to make, which makes it the second condition and finally, law and agency codes by the government which state course of action to be taken by social workers in case of an incident like child abuse (DiFranks, 2008).as a leader it’s, therefore, essential to have integrity and acceptable ethical standards.

In this model set, one creates a situation where a sports manager can create a decision in case of a dilemma.managers are faced with decision making on a daily basis. Hence, decisions and ethics can produce negative or positive standards in the social team corporation.

Commonly known as the two-factor theory, Herzberg argues that factors can influence motivation at a workplace. He described motivators as things that encourage employees to work harder. The other aspect is hygiene, which gives them a conducive environment not to motivate them but help them work properly. Dartey-Baah & Amoako examines how the application of the two-factor theory improves work at the workplace. Generally, workers will tend not to be motivated if the working conditions are not conducive and lack motivation.
