Reflective Activities

In order to secure a mark in this range, a candidate must demonstrate an excellent understanding of CPD and the importance of this to their personal development and future success. Events and activities attended/undertaken will be critically analysed in depth and the key learning documented. The candidate will clearly identify the actions they will take as a result of the events and activities attended / undertaken stating what future targets they have set and identifying the success criteria, therefore comprehensively demonstrating how the learning from events/activities will help achieve personal goals. The candidate will clearly demonstrate a thorough understanding of the graduate labour market and will state the actions they will be taking to secure appropriate employment or postgraduate study. It will be highly professional with hardly any spelling, grammar or formatting issues.
