document review, web site investigation, and contact person virtual interview. Topics below that
cannot be answered via archival data (publicly available information), should be addressed in the
contact person interview.

3. Steps taken to formalize the partnership
4. Hurdles or challenges when initially formed the partnership; If any, how were these overcome
5. Mission, main goals of the partnership; how were these goals established
6. Does the mission/goals address the sustainable development goals

8. Has the partnership faced challenges continuing its work due to the COVID pandemic; what
strategies/actions/projects have had to adapt

10. Any impediments to achieving those goals; how anticipate overcoming them
