According to Johnson and Ortmeier (2018), more than two million incidents of workplace violence occur each year, including about 700 workplace homicides. When it comes to the security of human resources, workplace violence is a major concern for all organizations. In this assignment, you will use Chapter 5 of your Introduction to Securitytext and the Internet to research and then analyze a recent, specific workplace violence incident that occurred at the Henry Pratt Company.
