All sources must be properly cited, and a reference page must be included. Papers should also be double-spaced and should use 12-point type with 1-inch margins. The Essay Question is:
Based on the essential question, “What does development mean to you and what do you think is the primary cause of the underdevelopment of African descendant communities in the United States”? The paper revolves around primarily answering this question. It must include ALL of the sources I have attached below in materials and can use other sources too as long as they are reliable sources that help answer the question.
