Behavior Modification Proposal
The assignment is to propose a behavior modification. I want you write that my behavior I want to change has to do with sleep. I go to bed to late and it is detrimental to me, the proposal is to improve my sleep and sleep more to increase my wellbeing.

Proposal (20 points):Briefly introduce your BMP and explain why you chose it. Choose a behavior that is limiting you in some way, unhealthy, or a new behavior that you would like to develop. (5 points)In what way might this behavior change improve your life? (5 points)Make sure this behavior change is meaningful to you in some way. How do you foresee your life different once this behavior is changed? (3 points)Here you talk about how your relationships would look like and how you would feel, and how the different aspects of your life would be different. How do you plan to track your behavior change? (2 points) Create some sort of tracking system: you can use Excel, or simply draw four weeks on a piece of paper, or use a calendar.
