Every workplace has its own unique culture and distinct identity; understanding the culture of the organization that you work in can help anyone to face their problem and creativity the culture of an organization or department reflects in the behavior and daily work practices of their employees which impact the office environment. This includes methods of communication, quality of client services, accepted practices and unwritten rules, conflict management, and dispute resolution processes.
