should be noted. This data provides background and context for working with individuals and families in their

The assignment is to propose a behavior modification. I want you write that my behavior I want to change has to do with sleep. I go to bed to late and it is detrimental to me, the proposal is to improve my sleep and sleep more to increase my wellbeing.
