Complete the following. Submit your completed assignment here on ULearn. Assignments should be a minimum of two pages, not including this page of instructions, and completed in MLA format.

1.     Research a brand that you know well – briefly describe the brand character or image.

2.     Target audience – visit InfoScout and create a 1-paragraph profile or the target audience.

3.     Find an example of a promotion for this brand. What type of “media” was used? What are the strengths and weaknesses of this media selection decision?

4.     What is the apparent communication objective ? Provide support for your answer.

5.     Make a recommendation for an alternative media to continue this promotional campaign.

Write a 3-5 page paper/analysis on your chosen case study (Groupon).  This week you will complete the Marketing Strategy for your chosen case study.

Consider these elements as you write your paper:

  • Primary (and Secondary) Target Markets
  • Product Strategy
  • Pricing Strategy
  • Distribution/Supply Chain Strategy
  • Integrated Marketing Communication (Promotion) Strategy

Within your paper/analysis be sure to address the following:

  • Include a title page and 2-3 references.  
  • Only the body of the paper will count toward the page requirement.  Only one reference may be located online (not Wikipedia) and the other references must be located in the Grantham University online library.  
  • Your analysis/paper should be written in your own words. When completing your assignments all spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, and citations should be written in APA style.  Please see your instructor for any further instructions.
