Purpose:
The purpose of the assignment is to assess your ability to analyze a company for its investment
potential.
Overview:
In this assignment, you will individually research and analyze a company’s financial summary
(please select which ever of your choosing) for its investment potential. You will complete an
analysis of the company’s financial position and provide an investment recommendation.
Action Items:
1. Read BTN 13-2 in in Wild and Shaw (2019). (this will be provided. This is an individual project
not a group)
2. Analyze the results of Company Analysis and prepare a 2-3 pages paper (double-spaced,
one-inch margins, 12-point font) in which you discuss the requirements and conclude with a
recommendation. Your analysis must be written using a concise writing style.
3. Format and Content Instructions: Your paper should have three identifiable sections with
headings titled Introduction, Analysis, and Conclusion.
a. Introduction: Provide a brief purpose statement for this assignment.
b. Analysis: Provide an analysis using the two required questions as a requirement.
c. Conclusion: Write your conclusion based on your analysis.
APA citation(s) and reference(s). APA Guidelines: A separate reference page must be included
along with, where appropriate, citations.
d. Check your writing style using Grammarly and correct your Business Brief as needed. (The
