How Americans are perceived overseas The Ugly American

Please this paper should have three parts I’ve uploaded the three questions in a word document. I’ve also included a sample example of how should you answer the three parts

first part, In the novel “The Ugly American,” authors Lederer and Burdick describe how Americans are viewed. Why do you think that other cultures might perceive Americans as “ugly?” see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ugly_American
In the second part of the question, you are to discuss how to better prepare employees for an overseas assignment. Some useful information is in

Would acting like an American (per the video) impede one’s ability to conduct business in a foreign country? Why? What are some examples from the video (and chapter) that could bolster your response?
The third part of the assignment asks you to compare Hofstede’s dimensions (e.g., power distance, uncertainty avoidance, quality of life/quantity of life, and individualism/collectivism) in the United States with another country. [Power distance describes the degree to which hierarchical differentials are accepted. Individualism is the degree to which people focus on themselves, and on their immediate families]. How does the U.S. fare on each of Hofstede’s respective dimensions, and how does your comparison country differ? How do you think the differences will impact expatriates? Be sure to include how companies can prepare expatriates, along with a fine-grained analysis on the cultural dimensions between your country of interest and how Americans need to adjust their behaviors to be a better cultural fit. Please be sure to fully explain all of your arguments and assertions. Research support helps to bolster your platform, and lend credence to your arguments. Need to see a description of each Hofstede dimension, followed by an explanation of how Americans should change their behavior based on that dimension.
