Incorporating technology into the supply chain of Feet’s company would streamline the supply chain and improve the company’s overall performance. The technology ensures a good flow of information at different levels of the supply chain and clarity such that no activities are disrupted at any point. Disruption at any level of the supply chain has an adverse ripple effect on other supply chain levels. Small-scale organizations can benefit from embracing technology in their supply chain now that investment in the CPFR model proves costly.
