Personal Philosophy of Leadership and Code of Ethics Assignment

The assignment includes 2 sections:
1. Personal Philosophy of Leadership: Include the ethical framework or frameworks that best aligns to your leadership approach; demonstrate your values as well as your action plan for how to uphold those values in leadership settings.
2. Code of Ethics: aligned to your current or aspirational discipline; should be discipline-specific but broad enough to carry across organizations and across roles within organizations. Support and justification are provided.
Each section should be 1.5-2 pages in length for a total of 3-4 pages.
