Question 1 For what type of organization would TQM be most important? Justify your answer with examples. (250 words)
Question 2 – This is a two-step activity. First you are you are going to identify your organization’s COQ table/diagram as shown in the diagram below. From the table identify the largest COQ to your chosen organization.

Using the COQ table/diagram as an example, Identity:

• How does your chosen organization show the different categories in the cost of quality?

• How do they deal with the different categories?

• What benefits would they get from managing these quality costs. Create your cost of quality table/diagram using the example as a starting point. You can use software such as word, or draw your table with paper and pen.
Question 3 – Create a quality cost table for Coca-Cola – this is not a simple diagram but a very illustrative diagram.
