Regarding the reflective essay, it should be written on HelloFresh. In the essay, you should
elaborate about the company (i.e., write about the innovation and its timeline of development in
the organization of choice). However, you would also need to include your reflection on what the
company has done (i.e., whether you think the company has done well, what could have been
done better etc.). Basically, you have freedom to do an in-depth analysis on the company’s
innovation.
You could relate HelloFresh’s innovation to either one of these concepts – for example openness,
role of intellectual property, disruption and so on. Adding on, you should focus on one argument
rather than try to cover everything.
