Paper details:

You are applying to become a Chief Officer or a Director of Emergency Management in New York City, Washington DC or Los Angeles. As part of your interview process, you are asked to prepare a report on the various homeland security and/or terrorism threats that have or could occur in the selected jurisdiction. The requirement is to send a formal paper to the interview committee a week in advance on the various homeland security and/or terrorism threats in the selected jurisdiction and why they are prevalent or possible in that location. In addition, the committee wants to know how you will prepare yourself and the agency to manage these events should they occur. Using your text and other sources for research and review, submit a research paper of at least 6 pages (not including title page and bibliography).
