Sexuality and gender equality in the workplace in the United States

I have attached some sources that can be used if needed. As well as references for ASA. Please make sure you indent.
Using at least 5 sources, critically analyze past research on your topic. (They do not need to be the same
sources you used for your bibliography and/or annotated bibliography.) Pay attention to strengths and
limitation of existing scholarship. Work on developing a framework for asking your research question (or
clarifying why you are asking it if it has already been stated).
✓ Questions to consider include: Is there enough evidence to warrant the conclusion(s) drawn? How
do the authors’ theoretical framework and/or methodology shape or limit the conclusion(s)?
✓ Overall, identify which research sources are most credible and offer the best information on your
issue. Explain why you came to this conclusion.
✓ A literature review should have a thesis statement. If you do not have a thesis statement, you will
be docked 10 points.
General Guidelines
• Your literature review should be 4-6 pages long, double-spaced in a 12 point font. The font should not
be unusually wide or narrow nor should it be highly stylized. Margins should be between 1 & 1.25
inches. I will not read anything that carries over to a 7
th page (not counting the reference page).
• Correct ASA citations are expected. (A copy of the ASA Quick Tips and a link to the Purdue Owl ASA
page have been posted on Canvas.)
✓ If you do not use ASA style, you will incur a 25-point penalty.
• Proofread your work! Any paper with three or more blatant mechanical errors in the first paragraph
will incur a 10-point penalty.
• DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR LITERATURE REVIEW. I want to them graded without knowing
whose work is whose. Moreover, we want the peer-review process to be anonymous. Be sure to check
the header/footer settings in your word-processing program.
