Strength and conditioning Plan
· 45-60 min Session plan based on an Artistic Gymnast improving Speed/ Power using Complex sets
· Content/Name of exercise, including progression and regressions
· Dose/reps, sets, Recovery and Intensity of the exercise (be specific)
· Equipment/ What do you need to coach and monitor that exercise effectively?
· Depending on the activities you select, you will need 3-6 exercises- but this could vary based on the session.
