Describe how well you use this technique right now, giving specific examples from your life.
Tell how you could use this technique to improve your stress management skills.
Same as Part 1, but analyzing your “time use/management” skill.
Same as Part 1, but analyzing your “listening” skill.
Write a report of your Action Plan progress. How are you doing on your short-term goal?
(Short Term Goal was – learn to do deep breathing and relaxation exercises when she gets stressed).
