How to measure the costs of a project article

If you were planning to truly implement your quality improvement plan in your facility, how would you present this to the leadership of the organization? Create a table that shows an estimated budget for implementing your quality improvement plan. Include a brief narrative, two-three paragraphs, describing the analysis of the costs versus the potential benefits of implementation, using professional resources or articles to support your analysis with references. Focus on the cost of your problem. Cost to the institution if there are no changes? Cost of the proposed change? Benefits of the proposed change. Make sure that you include a breakdown of the components of the budget with estimated costs, based on referenced sources, example equipment, utilities, supplies, labor, and others.
