Please review the PDSA Worksheet. Using the Plan (P) portion of the worksheet and one journal article, plan the change for your problem (from week 10). In 3-4 paragraphs, discuss your plan, including a plan for data collection. State the question you want to answer and make a prediction about what you think will happen. Develop a plan to test the change. (Who? What? When? Where?) Identify what data you will need to collect. Remember, this is only your plan portion. This is step three of your Leadership/Quality Improvement Analysis.
